Having an account with WOOMII.COM will speed up the checkout process and allow you to keep track of your orders. You can sign up for an account before shopping or create one before you head to checkout.

By creating an account, you will be able to:

Checkout faster by saving your address in your Address Book

View your order status and history under My Account

Save your favourite items in your Wishlist

You also have the option to shop through guest checkout. However, your information will not be stored and you will not be able to check or make amendments to your order if you have opted for guest checkout. If you change your mind, you can still create an account after placing your order using your current details.

Woomii Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Hong Kong):

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery Time is 2-4 business days.

International Shipping:

  • Standard ShippingDelivery Time is 4-6 business days. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Address:

  • Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct to avoid delays or lost packages. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Woomii is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Woomii Return Policy

We hope all Woomii girls are happy with their purchase.  If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Return Window

  • 30 Days: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any items that are unused and in their original condition and original packaging. 

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging are intact.
  • The item is free from any stains, marks, odors, or any other damage.
  • Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit our Returns Page: Visit our returns page located at the bottom of our website and have your order number and email used on the purchase ready. 
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Package Your Return: Safely pack your item(s) in the original packaging and include the return form provided by our team.
  4. Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You can use any carrier best available to you. 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Please note that the original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
